How to change temperature from F to C

Hi,
Does anyone know how to change Fahrenheit to Celsius on the climate control unit display?
My car is an US version and the radio unit has been changed to european wersion by the previous owner (I live in Europe) but the temperature is still in Fahrenheit. Yesterday I have found a car for sale which is american version with original american radio and climate control unit and the temperature is in celsius! How to do that?

The dealer can do it, or DYI using a OBD2 dongle like Carista.

I believe it is in General Settings, Units of Measurement IIRC.
