Ok I just found this you posted, but the 1st one I posted looks different? I guess this is what you are talking about to unravel?
I just searched ebay to see if I could find a harness with one for cheap on any 2016 up Lexus. Could not. This is going to be hard to find. I may have to call some Lexus only parts yards and beg someone to find me one.
My 2016 radio came with the green pigtail, that metal plug just inserts into the green plastic. The harness I got had a different end on it, I think but the metal plug was exactly the same.
You don't even need the green part, can just stuck the metal plug part in there and duck tape it

Hey I have the little Night Vision Camera also to try to install one day. Do you think the second white plug in on the Back of the Display was for the Night Vision Camera input? I know there is more needed also.

Yes not yet but I found a yard that is pulling it and shipping all stuff to me including the dash switch from a wrecked 2013 GS that had the infrared night vision. The guy is going to call me and Text some pics of how it was connected also. I'm still waiting.
