**UPDATE**

worked with Jgscott over the weekend we were able to figure out ground and power. FYI if you want to tap into your brake lights solid white is your 12v power and white with black stripe is your ground. Couldn’t figure out what Green and Blue fictions however going forward I hope this helps the next person.

4 cables that plugs into the tail lights harness.

-Solid white
-White with black stripe
-Green
-Blue

Just to add: At least this was how it was for the 2015 GS350 F Sport that you have.

Other years could be different especially the 2016 and up with different Tail Lights.

hey we were able to achieve this by using the solid white and white black, when I step on the brake the LED reflectors work in tandem with brake lights. There is a third cable that was attached to the LED reflectors however we couldn’t figure out what it was used for.

I kind of thought about that later. Likely one function would have been to wire that into the Turn/Flashers to turn Flash..... maybe also?

Yep 10-4 That's what we added as a Brake Light up only. Is that your car? You have done it to yours?

Nah - I got that from a stock image online. I've only ever seen one Lexus on the road in person with this mod - it was a 2nd Gen IS in Silver. It actually looked good on the IS - it was very subtle and seeing as I how I knew that wasn't a stock feature, I thought it was cleanly done.

I've seen folks do this to the Highlander SUV as well with good results depending on the quality of the aftermarket LEDs. I've never seen it on a 4GS in person - i remember seeing a pic of a heavily modded white non F sport GS with custom lighting on the side skirts and a the bumper reflector brake lamp (it may have been on the 4GS what did you do today or pics of your GS right now thread).
