Tire Recommendation East Coast (NJ)

Tire Recommendation East Coast (NJ)
It's 2021 and almost time for me to change my tires. Been reading a lot of posts about All Season Tires and wanted your opinion.
I'm running Continental DWS06 currently and blew (3) tires in the past on potholes due to their soft sidewall.
Looking to decide on a tire that is quiet, comfortable (GS is still a luxury car) and has good performance in NJ weather (Snow etc). I mostly just drive to/from the office and mostly sit in traffic . Definitely not a aggresive driver.
Based on my research I think I have narrowed it down to (2) other competitors however still having a hard time to decide. The size are 245/40/19.
1. Pirelli CINTURATO P7 ALL SEASON PLUS II : Definately sounds very comfortable with less road noise but am concerned about the performance in NJ and the soft sidewalls. Do you guys think this is a good choice for a car like GS ?
2. Michelin Pilot Sport 4 All Season: These are the new all season tires that Michelin has introduced however there is not a lot of reviews on them yet. They seem to have solid sidewalls however some reports say they have road noise and the ride is hard/uncomfortable. Therefore I am not sure if they will be a good fit for the warzone NJ roads.
So now folks based on my sitatution would you recommend a Ultra High Performance A/S Tire or a Grand Touring A/S Tire?

I also prioritize performance over tread life and comfort, which will be better with the P7's, but I don't care

Lead Lap
Grippy/Sporty with a good enough comfort balance: Dunlop Signature HP All Season
Comfort focused with some sporty intentions: Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season Plus II
Both tires are excellent in inclement weather (rain/snow) for the northeast.

Another option thats been getting good ratings is the Michelin Crossclimate2. Don’t have it but it’s been one of the ones I’ve been seeing come up a lot. It’s technically an “all-weather” tire meaning it’s even better in the snow, but probably worse with noise, efficiency and potentially comfort. My car came with Nokian entyre 2.0’s when I bought it, which consumer reports had as the highest performing all season tire in the snow performance category, but I’ll tell you what I was sliding all over the place this winter with even a touch of throttle (like even under 10-15mph) creating oversteer. I have the AWD model and it was maybe only like an 1” or 2” of snow on the road. I’ve never driven anything rear-wheel drive biased before so maybe that’s just that, but overall I was shocked, I thought the AWD would make it great in the snow. We dont even get that much snow here, but hence why I was interested in the Michelin Crossclimate2‘s.

Yes you guys probably get the same weather as we do in NJ. Continental DWS06 have been excellent for me but just left a bad taste for me after replacing them 3 blown out tires. I think I'll try Pirelli Centurato P7 2 this time and will wait until there are more reviews on the Michelin Crossclimate 2
