Default Scratch/squeek at low speeds

When I roll my windows down I can hear a scratch sometimes more like squeek. This happens at low speeds and not when breaking.
You can hear it's kinda like cyclical slows down when I slow down and speeds up when I speed up so I assume something to do with the wheels.
I'm overdue for tire rotation but my tires are new and breaks were done recently.
ANy ideas? I have an appointment with the dealership on friday

edit: well 2 of my breaks were done not long ago (maybe a year) they said the other 2 were fine but I do drive alot

Brake pads might be slightly rubbing up against the rotors. Did they use new hardware and clean/ lube the guide pins. I haven’t done brakes on a 4th Gen but those are basic things to think about

Had the exact same thing this morning after changing my rotors/brake pads yesterday. Turns out the rear pad was rubbing the rotor. A mechanic just pushed it back and now it's all good.

It was the breaks. Apparently the 2 ones they did not replace last time wore down completely to a 1.

I was going to say a small rock stuck between the dust shields and the rotor. I had that happen to me twice with my 17 GS
