So this is the 4th or 5th time I’ve seen this over the last month. When backing out of the garage, the Lexus Park Assist alerts since I’m close on the left front. I shift into Drive and away I go. Some time later when I’m stopped, I realize that the LPA screen is fixed in place and I cannot change the display on the right side of the screen. I shift the lever into Park and back into Drive and the display returns to normal
functionality.
Not overly alarmed at this time but thought it odd to be occurring on my 2018… since I still consider my car to be “new”.
Yeah that's happened to me a handful of times. Not that often in a month though. Probably same amount since I've had the car. Also have a 2018 as well.

Anyone else see this before?
I also have a 2018 and it’s been happening to my car for a couple years now. The dealership couldn’t find anything wrong with it and told me it might be Bluetooth/ Apple iPhone update related. They suggested turning Bluetooth off before backing out of my garage but it still does it. It only happens once in a while and I’ve learned to live with it…although it sucks and should not be happening with a 50k car. Please let me know if you find a solution. :-)
