Does anyone know if this fits our 2016-2020 GS with FKS engine?

ugh you people and your "performance" air filters, lol any perceived gains is negligible. You must be getting bored and looking for something to do with your car.
The best air filter is a brand new oem regular one. The recommended interval between changes is very long. I like to just take it out and inspect every 10k miles with my oil changes anyways.

The only benefit i see to having the F sport one is that it's washable.. does it end up being cheaper in the long run? Guess it depends...

I used the standard filter from Lexus in our '13 F Sport.
By the way, the air filter is probably the most important filter in your car, cuz that's how dirt gets in.

Find out which air filter that car is meant for, and then cross reference that car's OEM air filter; if it's the same as the GS, then it'll fit.
Edit: 5 second research shows me that that filter is for the 2015 IS350 (whatever gen that is) and so it looks like that gen IS uses the same filter as our car, so it should fit our filter box.

Nope, no benefit at all, it just looks good that's it. Plus it's inside the box and u can't see it when installed anyway. Yeah I'm just bored and looking for something.
I still think the OEM setup is the best for this car. 30K miles change interval for the OEM filter right?
Speaking of air filter, my local dealer is on backorder for the GS engine air filter. This is the first time I heard that a GS air filter is out of stock! Probably there's a shortage somewhere? Everyone is buying used GS now since the line is killed off?

Yup 30k recommended change interval, I like to change it every 25k, because why not. Set the reminder in the infotainment system and forget it. If you need something now check eBay or go aftermarket(autozone, advance). There really isn't a whole lot of difference in air filters. I like to stock up on OEM air filters, oil filters, and wiper blades, since I know I'll own the car for the next 100k miles. Also buy my parts from a discounted online Lexus dealer.

How about this one for the IS? Will the whole kit fit the GS too?
