Default How would I remove the plastic trim?

How would I remove the plastic trim that is on the side of the backdoor that is holding down the edge of the carpet? I'm trying to remove the carpet. TIA.

Plastic trim removal tool, it's just clipped in or just grab the bottom edge with your fingers and yank it. I'm assuming your talking about the bottom rear door sill.
