I've never heard of a Lexus or Toyota dealership in the U.S. that doesn't have pallet skids with hundreds of cases of 0W-20 engine oil in stock to service vehicles requiring that correct viscosity. The brand of 0W-20 engine oil may not be Toyota branded, but it'll be 0W-20 engine oil nevertheless. In your part of the world things may be very different, but that doesn't measure-up to what the car manufacturer requires according to the owner's manual and labeling under the hood. I cannot imagine how your Lexus dealership in Bulgaria justifies not having 0W-20 engine oil to service Lexus vehicles that require that correct viscosity. That is absurd and totally illogical.

Stick to whatever is recommended for your climate, there should be a table in your the owner's manual.

Here in the UK, 5w30 is what it says in my 2009 GS450H book and that is exactly what the dealership will sell to me if I ask for the correct oil, and that is exactly what they will put in the car if they do the oil change.
The previous owner have used 0w20 for my car too, seemed OK when I got it, no problems.
Our climate and temperature is very mild here - no extreme heat/cold. If it is hot, consider a 5w40, otherwise, any ACEA A5/B5 fully synthetic 5w30 will be fine. (of course I don't know about really extreme temperatures, that is up to local knowledge which I do not have).

ACEA A5/B5 5w30 that meets Ford specs are normally quite "thin" oils, so would be suited to cold environment I think.

By the way, Toyota oil is not necessarily the from the same manufacturer across the world, it is supplied from France and Belgium in Europe.
