Default 17" wheels on 2016 GS 350 F Sport AWD

Good evening, everyone. This is my first post here!

Anyway, we just bought a fairly low mileage GS 350 F sport AWD for my wife to replace her Buick Regal Tourx that has been undergoing warranty repairs for over 580 days! I read that 17" wheels will fit on the AWD version of the F sport, but I'm here to report that 17x8 +45 Konig Oversteer that I bought for winter wheels do NOT clear the caliper. There is exceptionally low clearance all around the caliper, and this portion of the casting near the bleeder valve makes contact. I am disappointed because I like those wheels, and they were a good price, but I guess I will be returning them!

You teased us. Show us the picture of the entire wheel.

I have been using 10 mm H&R spacer with extended lugs for quite some time now. No harm done

I didn't take any pictures of it mounted, unfortunately. I never had tires on, so it looked goofy anyway.

What wheels/specs? I'm not sure if 10mm spacers would do the job. I think I'd rather just size up to 18s

Ahhh... OEM 17" wheels fit fine. there is about 1/4-3/8" clearance.

Yeah I don't doubt it, and that some other aftermarket 17s do to. I just wsnted to document that that not all 17s do to hopefully save some headaches for others down the line!

Which OEM 17s are you referring to by the way?

See this post: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...ml#post9993737

The 4GS also came with 17" wheels as a base option. See this post: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...l#post10932344

All brakes, rotors and calipers are the same on the following 2013-2020 GS models:
RWD Base/Premium/Luxury
AWD Base/Premium/Luxury/F-Sport

(Only the RWD F-Sport caliper (bigger) and RWD F-Sport two-piece rotors are different).
