Lexus uses two types of sensors on the GS series, a 315MHz sensor and a 433MHz sensor. I believe the later years used the 433MHz sensors, but would have to check on that. I wonder if they installed the wrong kind (433MHz instead of 315MHz or vise versa)?
I have a 2014 and bought the 315 which is what every website I could find said, and matches the Toyota OEM part # frequency(Toyota 42607-30060) . Driven almost 600 miles since they were installed and this is all I get!

I'm not too worried, at least no orange light. That would bug me more. If I can't get it working I'll consider swapping my OEM ones in since I still have them, or just live with it and check pressures every couple weeks manually. I liked these since they had black stems, etc. fitting nicely with my wheels rather than a silver or aluminum stem.
