To the OP, you are free to design and build your own and market it to the masses.

Let's face it, the GS is a low-production car. It is a wonder we have any support at all for things that don't directly fit the much more popular IS models.

That's a good idea bit I don't have the equipment to build one. I can design one and have a body shop custom build. That may be a action item in the future. It simply reducing the opening and removing the chrome tips to allow for a exhaust with ability to add quad tips

@GibbsLexus I know you mentioned about aftermarket diffusers, but a few members painted their OEM rear diffuser to match the body and it actually looked pretty good at a much lower cost than getting something aftermarket:

Another option for a more aggressive rear is the blackout of the tips and maybe wrap/paint the diffuser in gloss/matte black (https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...#post9094088):

The cleanest look i've seen (but probably even pricier than an aftermarket option) is the GS F rear valence/bumper conversion to a GS350 (https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...#post9935362):

On a lighter colored car, that looks really nice to be body colored. On my Mica Blue, I don't think it would add much to the car.
