Took my 2014 gs 350 to get lowered by a shop in nor cal and they also installed brakes and rotors. They said they were finished but a abs light came on and so did traction control and also said my headlights need to be adjusted? Has anyone else ever had this happen to them and how did you fix it?

Ignore traction, that comes on when nearly anything is wrong. The ABS light should make it pretty obvious, they've bumped an ABS sensor on one of the corners. Scanning the car would confirm, and it's up to the shop to fix it.

This happened to me as well when I lowered my GS

The issue was when I removed the strut to remove the shock, I didn't notice and ripped the sensor cable right off. I was able to solder the cable back together and that resolved the issue

A replacement cable is about $200 so soldering it was the cheapest and easiest solution at that moment

Take a look at the control arm, if the cable is missing from there, then they ripped the cable off as well and didn't tell you about it. Sorry
