I had my wheels/tires rotated 10 days ago on the 8th of December and checked the air pressure of the spare tire then. It was only 17 psi and unlikely it had ever been checked since the car was built in August, 2018. I had the spare tire filled to the maximum allowed, which is 60 psi. I have my calendar setup to remind me to check the air pressure of the spare tire once every 2 years on the 8th of December, beginning 12/8/2021. I figure I need to go through all the golf related stuff in my trunk once every two years, so I'll check the air pressure at that time and have it inflated to 60 psi again. I figure in two years time the spare tire's air pressure will have lost about 10-12 psi, so it'll be time to fill 'er up to the maximum again.
