I own '16 GS 350. 68K miles. Vibration/rattle was coming from behind navigation console / firewall area. Very noticeable on cold morning starts at low mileage. Would fade as day or car got warmer. Dealer replaced vacuum pump and that helped some. Turns out adding some insulation to the harness REALLY solved noise problem. I found a similar description on YouTube and when I showed to Service Advisor and Tech, they did the insulation and all good. All credit goes to this YouTuber and his video.
