Passenger Side Seat Belt Noise (rattle)

All,

I have this rattle that is driving me insane. My passenger side seatbelt buckle rattles in slow speeds especially when unoccupied. Has anyone experienced this and figured out how to fix it?

Have you tried engaging the belt into it while driving?

Yes, I have. It certaily it stops it but I mainly drive the car alone and would like to find a permenant fix for it.
