Heater not blowing hot
2013 GS350 with 88k. I have the cold weather package, since I live in upstate New york. The problem is even when the car comes up to temperature, air coming out is never really that hot. My 04 Honda pilot he is way hotter than this. Are they just like this?

Take it off of auto and run it manuallly. Set the auto climate system temp to max and direct all air flow to floor vents. How does it feel then? Your old Honda has a manual climate system, I'm guessing. Your Lexus is trying to make the interior temp to whatever you have it set to, without being noticeable, IE not continually blowing red hot air to your feet like a non-automatic climate system would. I think it is called climate concierge.

Just the opposite, you may not like that heater is not heating the entire car cabin in below zero temps.

Woah now, in Florida, I don’t even run the heater so I don’t know if it is hot or not. When it gets below 60, I put the steering wheel and seat heater on, and it feels fine to drive around. I actually like the steering wheel heater, though I know people have complained that does not get very hot anyway. Course I am not wearing gloves and a heavy coat either. Guess if it doesn’t blow hot enough for you, dress in more layers…….

I'd take it in for someone to look at. In the meantime, here are some threads with suggestions you can try beforehand:
