Wet wipe jammed seat rail

I have a wet wipe stuck in the seat rail. It's jammed the mechanism so the seat won't slide forward or backwards. Is there an easy way to get access to the rail to fix this?

I’d try to raise the seer higher and try a combination of wiggling and pulling it out.
