I stream Spotify through my Bluetooth in my car and when I go to the audio page I see it just says “connected” and isn’t showing the song name, artist, and album name. I’ve also notice the track seek button on my steering wheel doesn’t work with Bluetooth anymore. Volume control works and the track seek button works with CDs. I’ve reset the Bluetooth, but it’s still not working. The phone I use is an iPhone 11
I had a similar issue. Verify with a different phone/app. Certain phones/apps don't work to display song info or control w/ steering wheel. It stopped working after I updated my phone. I had to wait for another update to fix it. Another thing is restart your phone and try again.

I did a hard turn off on my phone this morning and that fixed the problem! Thanks for your help!
