L/Certified purchase was lemon - what else to replace alongside warranty engine swap?

Just updating here, the engine replacement was a brand new long block. Additionally, the Lexus dealer agreed to extend my warranty by 3 more years giving me a total of 5 years/unlimited mile warranty (ending 2027).

Overall, I'm satisfied with how everything turned out. Thank you everyone for you help!

Great news! Worked out to your advantage sorta.

Just a old tip on a new Motor (new Long block) I would do the 1st Oil and filter change at 1000 miles. Everything is new and getting worn in. Its said that it gets a lot of metals and materials out of the motor. No it won't hurt if you don't, but it is good to do on a new motor if it was me. It what I always do.
