No, you don't get it transferred. Typically get with a new vehicle or CPO purchase, which yours isn't.
If you say you don't have a Lexus dealer in your country, there is no possible way you could expect this. I'd invest in some sort of roadside service though with your car's sketchy history for sure.

i will ask toyota after few days so they can clarify to me.
mine is used but probably water damaged as well so i will need that concierge a lot, it will save me time...
because if toyota service centers are far away i need to book some friend to pick me and to drive with me two times...
So far i payed 2 times road assistance...
but out of my pocket i dont have insurance which covers road assistance..

but i bought some german wiper fluid so i plan to put it inside the car.
I dont manage to find lexus vest so i will probably end up with toyota branded one..
I will buy only quality and good stuff for the CAR as long as i own it , if it servers well without issues i will keep it for at least 10years. the only downside i see with the car is that you need special dedicatet big garage because it have 4 catalytic convertors, and i park it always inside parking places in order not to be stolen or damaged... from bad people my other classical cars got damaged a lot and i spend tons on money for their restoration so i dont want lexus to have the same issues.

I don’t know what to say here. Love the comments though about when the car breaks down, at least you can look at your Lexus safety vest, and the collector item window sticker. Seriously, with all the issues this original poster asks about all the time, I would like to say, walk, ride a bike, ride a bus, do anything but own and drive a car where you live. Problems solved. So I guess saying I think I see a 2 inch light scratch on my hood pales in comparison to not having the complete safety kit. Guess what, I don’t have any of that stuff in my car when I bought it. It was like oh well, never had it before in any other vehicle I owned, so I don’t know what it is like to be missing it.
