I have a 2014 GS350 F-Sport RWD. Completely stock.
I want to lower it on coilovers and keep my current OEM rims. I may in the future (maybe) get new rims, but highly unlikely.
It is my daily driver, looking to retain as much comfort as possible. I know I'll be sacrificing some comfort.
I don't care much for the AVS function, so retaining it, isn't a big deal.
I've been eyeing the Tein Flex Z and the BC Racing BR series
Trying to see if we can do a poll on which you'd go with.

I personally have the Tein Flex AVS since I wanted to retain the AVS function.
Had it for almost 2 1/2 years, no problems to date. Originally lowered the car with a 1 finger gap all around, adjusted the stiffness just enough in sport + mode for days where I want to have fun in the car or in case I have to pass those Prius Drivers driving slow in the fast lane. I notice some rubbing issues whenever I enter/leave my driveway so raising it up to a 2 finger gap all around clear the issued, but since I have a baby on the way, I'm planning to raise it up to 2 1/2 finger gap all around, adjust the stiffness to a softer level.

BC Racing coilovers is the best bang for buck.
RSR is the best to retain AVS, also their sport version which does not.
We have all 3 brand of coils in stock.
