I purchased the OEM Lux/Premium spoiler from Belle Lexus Lexus (you have to pay close attention to the color code in the description or you can call the dealership):

I installed the Lux/Premium OEM spoiler but I didn't like the overhang and look it gave. I removed it and couldn't give it away here on the forums so I tossed it. I had removed the studs to only use double sided tape.
I like the F-Sport style much better than the Lux/Premium one. The oem one is $800+ so purchased an aftermarket one that came out good with some buffing and polishing:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/142473333969
FYI the above, I received a $100 discount because it arrived with some clear coat marring and a small chip that was easily repairable with some compound and a tiny dab of touch-up paint. I also cut off the studs and mounted only with double sided tape. I see that they are still advertising it as a "no-drill" installation. That's an easy way to get a partial refund once you receive it for an inaccurate listing. I clearly expressed that to them and they didn't bother to change it!

The F-Sport spoiler is more of a subtle, lip spoiler that sits on the top of the trunk. Lexus wants around $900 for an original F-Sport spoiler. Here is what it looks like:
The Lux/Premium spoiler sticks out more and sits on top of the trunk and over the edge of the trunk, curving around the rear emblem. Lexus wants ~$300 for an original Lux/Premium spoiler. Here's what it looks like:

The design is different. If you are going OEM, the material and paint will be Lexus quality fit/finish.
