Hello everyone I have a base 2013 gs350 it’s in great shape and has had great maintenance at primary the Lexus dealership (thank you first owner). I am getting close to 150k mikes is there any major maintenance that needs to get done? I just had oil done. It got brakes recently too.

Depends on what has already been done. My #1 maintenance item is fluids, as they are the lifeblood of a vehicle.
For example, if I get a used car, I go from end-to-end checking and (probably) servicing the fluids.
