Default GS450h (2016) Brake rotors mystery - should they be 334 or 363 mms in diameter?

first of all, let me clarify I have EU model, but I doubt there is diffence between EU and US models when it comes to brakes.
wanted to replace my brakes (rotors + pads) and my mechanic encountered an issue we have difficulties to solve - sourcing the right rotors for the front brakes.
most of the online sources (including configurator in e-shops) suggest that rotors on my 2016 GS450h (normal one, I do not have F-Sport package) should be 334 mm (13.15 inches) in diameter, while current rotors are 363 mm in diameter (14.3 inches). Strangely enough, local Toyota dealership does not offer these bigger rotors and now I wonder whether current (363mm) rotors are not the original ones (they do fit well) or if Toyota dealership simply cannot have the record of correct part numbers for Lexus vehicles.
Also, found some 363mm rotors on US webs, but price was around 100 USD per rotor, which is suspiciously low compared to Toyota's quote for 334mm rotor being over 500 USD per rotor.
So, in conclusion, my question is - what is the correct diameter of front rotors for my GS (or even better - correct part numbers for both left and right front rotor) and then, since I'll have to order them from abroad as Toyota dealership can't help me, can you recommend any US shop that would send them to EU?
Thanks!

The stock f-sport rotors are two-piece (alloy hat, cast iron rotor) - easily recognizable.

Pics, please? F-Sport calipers & pads are also a different part number.

Other than that:

well, I do not have F-sport trim level, here's VIN if that helps: JTHBS1BLX0A001164.
still, part number you shared is linked to 334m rotor, which is smaller than what I have now:

actually, stumbled upon similar thread saying RWD non F-sport has same brakes as AWD version (both F-sport and basic trim): https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...rotor-kit.html
so it seems I need this:

42431-30310 Disc Brake Rotor
04466-30312 Brake Pads
43512-30351 Disc, Front
43516-30041 Disc, Front Left-Hand
04465-30510 Brake Pads
04946-30230 Disc Brake Pad Shim Kit
04945-30370 Disc Brake Pad Shim Kit

I wonder however whether these are 363mm (14.3'') rotors as they are not available in shops here. I'll need to order them from USA, so obviously, I am trying to make sure I do not need to return them because they do not fit.

Looks to me like you have the F-sport calipers, at least. The old ones are the same as your 2008 (p.s. update your info :P )

https://www.edmunds.com/car-reviews/...alkaround.html

(notice the front caliper's shape where you'd put decals)

Not sure if I'd go with the OEM F-sport rotors. Over here in Europe choice is most likely limited, but 2-piece rotors with reusable hats are available from a number of places across the pond.

There has to be a list over here of F-Sport changes. Perhaps somebody's done a visual delete in your case, or something along the lines?

ok, plot twist, they are not 363 mm (measurement was done incorrectly by the mechanic), but slightly smaller... part numbers provided by Lwerewolf for F-Sport rotors do match visually my rotors and they are 356 mm = the size of my rotors.
How did F-Sport brakes end up on my non F-Sport GS450h is still a mystery, but at least I know now what to order

You might have uneven pad wear if you have F-Sport pads on the normal rotor.
