Trunk
Greetings. I purchased a wing for my trunk that I had a custom shop install. Well, they went out of business and I noticed that the right and left sides of the wing are cracked. And its gotten worse. I've since gone to other custom shops and they all told me that the previous shop installed it incorrectly and riveted the wing to my trunk. Apparently they used bondo on the trunk and just painted over it. It looked really good for about 6 months until the weather changed.
So now I'm trying to find another trunk with a spoiler kind of like what I had. I've seen other vehicles like mine with it but I can't seem to find them.
And yes, I now need an entirely new trunk. I'm pissed to say the bare minimum.
Any ideas? The dealer trunk spoilers that'll fit my car are ugly....to me.
Passenger side Spoiler/trunk damage
Driver side spoiler damage

Unfortunate to hear that shop did a poor job - do you have pics of the car with the spoiler before the damage? Difficult to make a spoiler recommendation without seeing what you currently have/prefer...

Are you able to post pictures that are more focused? Ones posted are a bit blurry!

Thank you! I'll try and find a pic with it. A recent shop said that it needed to NOT be connected to the trunk on the ends because it flexes when higher speeds, and the heat and cool affects it, as well. Well, the original shop (that became a ghost) said it wouldn't move at all. Thanks for your willingness to help.

It's meant to show a crack in each side of the spoiler on the rear of my GS350AWD. I took it close-up because far away you can't really see the crack. I'll take some of the car itself since I wasn't clear what I was taking a picture of.

FWIW I recently bought a '19 GS350 (non F-model) but brought it back to the stealer, .. uh.. dealer.. (ahem) to have them install the factory F-spoiler (which, yes, was very expen$ive). The proper way for one of these to be installed is with 2 screws/bolts entering horizontally from the inside of the trunk facing/heading rearward into the spoiler. One bolt left of center and the other right of center not too far away from the license plate area. These 2 fasteners go horizontally through the trunk lid and into the spoiler - not vertically upward into the spoiler. The entire rest of the length of the spoiler is then held down with a super strong double-sided tape. This is how the service guy explained it to me.
The 2 bolts are then normally sealed with some kind of waterproofing to prevent rain seepage passing through too. I know this doesn't help with your needing an actual trunk lid but I was curious in how this compares with the method of install your guys did.
Mine was installed about 3½ months ago. Only drove in twice since but between snowy and petrifying ice cold Winter to the late Spring heat right now I haven't noticed any issue yet.
(Let's see if I just jinxed myself..)

Apologies for the latency. I've been in heavy travel since my last post. Attached is the picture of of my car with the fin as it should look. This is exactly or close to what I would want.

@maiahsdad it looks like a Wald (or Wald style) trunk spoiler for the GS. An original Wald spoiler is around $700. There used to be a few eBay knockoffs but I haven't seen any in the last few years. Here are a few places Wald:

Oh it's the duck style spoiler and they blended it with the trunk. That's a new one.
Instead of buying a new trunk, maybe take it to a body shop and ask them if they can blend it again. Probably with some body filler and a repaint of course.
