Quick update:
I brought it back to the shop and they essentially said that it wasn't their fault and they're not paying for it. They only gave me a phone number to a PDR dude they recommended.
I guess the lesson here is to thoroughly inspect their work before you go home. Obviously it was their fault it's not a ding from the outside but from inside the fender were they worked on it. I would ask to talk to the manager or the owner of the business.
Could the fender hitting down on the tire have done that after you left?
The tires were rubbing on the one drive I did after lowering it before getting the fenders rolled. However, it wasn’t buckled like that before I brought it to them. They actually pulled the fenders without consulting with me as well.
