I really hope they don't turn the GS into rice boxes. The IS is painful enough to see already. Just leave the 4GS out of the nonsense.
LOL, I know exactly what you mean. I saw a riced out IS 250 a few weeks ago and was just shaking my head.
It feels like a more mature demographic owns GS’s.
I’m 23 and I definitely didn’t want to be a part of the IS crew, wanted something more “mature” and luxurious.
They're affordable now. I bought my car when it had a $58k+ price tag. I remember the same happened with the 2GS. Suddenly the civic boys started buying GS's when they became affordable and tried to mod them like civics. You'll likely see the same with the 13-15, eventually leading into the 16+'s when they start to become dirt cheap.
Six months ago I was very fortunate to have found a mint condition almost new 2018 GS 450h with only 5k miles on it. It still only has 7k miles on it. It's definitely special - I really like it!
Gem! I would love a 450h right now with gas prices. I wanted one when I was looking but I don’t think they made the F Sport 450h’s from 13-15, which were the years I was looking at. Really wanted an F Sport so just went with the 350.

Yup, I believe you, every time I see a 2GS it’s usually stanced haha

I need to drive a 450h one of these days.
The 450h was super rare in general, but in 2015, Lexus made a handful of them with the F-Sport package available here in the US. Here are a few:
