Best mod is to buy a new GS450h

Like this example from Japan (which translate to only US$35,000). Late 2018 model, 17,000 KM (10,000 miles). No rust. No dust in engine bay or in boot. No ding on body, interior, or wheels. No wheel spacers. OEM wheels. Not used for towing. Not used to store old tires. Working seats. Working 12v battery. Maintained fully per Lexus schedule. As-new condition.

The wheel is not in the right direction you forgot about extremely expensive shipping vat and custom fees and car price will be like new...
not worth it for me, and i will pay more insurance and other things and i never driven right hand wheel, we drive in the left side wheel in my country.
Also car is missing night vision and some of my options.
other wise it looks good.
My battery and seats are fixed ,but i got other issues...

I would not continue to pour more money into fixing small things (i.e. your driver's seat) as you will not able to capture that money back if/when you sell it. I certainly wouldn't consider mods of any kind!

If you seriously cannot get it sold to another person or used car shop and you don't think it is worth the expense to maintain/keep it/run it, I would compare how much different scrap yards/salvage yards will offer you.

Nobody can make these decisions besides you so there please don't create a new topic to ask the community this. It's a personal decision. Consider your overall finances too. The Lexus GS is a "luxury" car - it's targeted toward buyers that can afford pay a premium for it, pay a premium to run it, and pay a premium to maintain it. It's not like a Toyota Corolla (which is the best selling vehicle in Bulgaria)

Right now in Bg , fuel is 3 times cheaper i mean Lpg - liquid gas , so it makes sense to drive my classical cars since its 3 times more cheaper to be honest is almost 3 times and half...
no hybrid can beat this only electric car...
these vehicles here are not sold, and no one is looking for them.
i already spend fortune for my car and i continue to do so. i am aware that i will not be able to return my money poured inside the car, but i am also aware that its high possibility that no one can buy it...
Scrap yards give me less than 500$ for the whole car so its not worth it for me only tyres cost way more brand new michelin pilot sport 4s.

My classical cars also doesnt exists here in Bg, but i drive them every day because they are cheap to run.

Is that steering wheel only for Japanese models? It looks nicer than mine with the stitching on the airbag cover like that.

The post-refresh (2016+) Luxury models had that stitched steering wheel. I agree, it looks great.

Only the lux gets that? Wow just a little change like that makes that GS looks really expensive! Lexus really knows how to make great interiors.

Only the Luxury grades get the stitched airbag cover. F-Sport is still plastic:

However still big improvement over the pre-facelift.

They are still my favourite Lexus steering wheels. don’t like the ones on the new generation LX or NX, the buttons are shiny plastics without texture.
