I've had Tremendous Brake Squeal on my New Breaks for 3 months now. I had both my brake pads and rotors replaced 3 months ago, and my breaks still squeal below 20mph.
Is this something I should be concerned with? Can this cause damage to my vehicle?
I've attached a video of me slowing.

Not normal. Did you have the problem before the brake job? Damage is relative if the problem is left unchecked it could ruin the rotors. Won't hurt the rest of the car.

I did not have the problem before the brake job.
I initially ignored it because after Googling it was allegedly normal for brakes to squeal a little after new rotors.
example: https://autochimps.com/brakes-squeak-after-being-replaced
However, at this point its been 3 months

Plus it's important to bed the new pads to the new rotors, most pad installation instructions will recommend this.

F-sport or regular model, and which rotors and pad combination are you using?
I literally just did a brake job a few days ago and can confirm 0 brake squeal whatsoever using Centric coated rotors and Akebono pads. I made sure to use high quality synthetic lubricant for the metal-metal contact points and then used Sil-glyde lube on the shim plates that touch the pistons. (I try to avoid using anything other than Sil-Glyde on any parts that might touch rubber as I've had issues where some lubricants can causing the rubber to swell)
FWIW, I have a non-Fsport AWD so I don't think they suffer too much from squealing issues, but the key is properly lubricate the pads and especially any metal-metal contact points.

Both were new pads and rotors from mylparts.com Lexus OEM. I didn't do the brakes, a mechanic did.

Not sure if that's the issue on your end but also make sure pads, shims and hardware have been lubricated properly.

Ok then make sure whomever installed them used all shims (mine have two up front) from the prior pads and used a brake lube on the back of the pad and each shim and fully coated the hardware in lube. Unless there's a gross installation error the sound is likely from the absence of shims, lube or both.

Brake job was done incorrectly. Take it back. Good luck.

After 3 months? They'll just give you a side eye and chuckle... until you open your wallet again. Unless you have a good relationship with your mechanic.
Good luck... you're likely missing lube and/or shims. If you were so inclined, it's not a difficult job to do this yourself.

If good luck, find a more competent shop. Apparently they already did not do something right, based on the results right now.

after 3 month most shop would say why dont you bring it right away and why bring it back after 3 month? im a tech and thats what I would say, no1 gonna wait 3 month if you hear noises after a job. for example u did a oil change and u c oil dipping will you drive the car for 3 month with the oil dipping and then go bak to the shop in 3 month and say ur engine knocking.
