I recently changed out my bulb this afternoon. I took it for a drive tonight and got a "Check headlight leveling system" message. I'm not lowered. Do you think this is a simple case of just getting my headlamp adjusted? I may have moved the leveling motor when I installed the bulb. The headlamps will do their auto level checkup when I start the vehicle. So it's working.
***edit*** I see a fuse but it's tied into other systems.

Might just need to clear the code with a scanner.

I've tried but it keeps coming back. I had to manually move the motor up and down, by hand to get the warning light to go away. Wow. They are super sensitive to change. I'll let the dealership reaim my headlights. They are pointing all over the place. Lol

Odd. The Lexus dealer say there isn't much they can do for aiming the headlight and claims that one is pointed slightly higher than the other. In my case, one side is pointed directly down to the ground and they said that is normal. I guess I'll aim it myself and jack with the auto leveling system again.

I have this same issue. I changed my Headlight bulb and boom, check leveling system turns on. The auto level works but I have no idea why the lights on. didn't even touch the aim gears.
