Bosch for $17.
There’s even a cheaper Bosch for around $10.

Why on earth would such an insignificant expense like that be worthy to even bother?

Just search eBay or amazon with the oem part number: 87139-30100
Then you will see all the aftermarket ones. I bought them for around $8 a piece a couple years ago, perfect fit. If it has that part number it's going to be the same exact size.
It's a filter with carbon embedded in it oem or aftermarket makes no difference what matters is how often you change it. Most people forget or don't know to change the cabin air filter.

I've bought that one before, very wide spaces between pleats. It works, but probably not as well as a better built filter.

Doesn't look like it has activated carbon.

It doesn't, guess I was feeling frugal the day I bought that one😀. It's better than no filter, but that's about it.

Careful with those OEM filters that have YZZ in their part number, they get smelly fast. I switched back to OEM 87139-30100 and the smell disappeared right away, even at 7K miles on them. They're built differently too.

I just buy the DENSO filters from Rockauto. About $17. They are the OEM supplier.

Toy/Lex has 2 different factory filters for it. One has the Charcoal carbon. One does not.
