Turn signal flasher

From my understanding this model year does not have a flasher relay. Does anyone have any idea how the flasher is controlled.

If you're referring to adjusting the turn signal to blink after pressing it slightly, it should be able to be adjusted. If that's not what you're asking, oops, I apologize.
