$42K?? Get a 2019 in that case!

Lexus was pretty much giving those cars away back in 2015 as they couldn't move them.

Nit at all a dealbreaker.
Skipped yearly oil changes will not cause any harm as long as it’s been stored properly.
And if the car is in great (new) condition then yes it has been stored properly. Use your gut feeling.
Its probably a fantastic car.

That interior is flawless. You can tell the seats have hardly been touched. A crazy rare find!
