How to Stop Climate control from switching inside and outside air all the time.... ?

If you put the recirculation mode into manual and don't push the main A/C auto button, I don't see why your inlet servo would change position? Keep in mind that it may change when you power cycle the car, you can't expect it to stay in the same position every time you start it.
This is from horse's mouth, as it were.
'Automatic Recirculation Control - Automatically changes the air inlet mode to fresh air or recirculate mode in accordance with the level of cabin temperature and outside temperature and harmful elements (CO, HC and NOx) in the outside air.' The only sensors in the car are temperature, solar, glass temperature and humidity, it shouldn't be switching to outside air for Co2 levels in the cabin.
If something is wrong with your CAN bus, inlet/circulation servo or various sensors, you can actually check for relevant error codes without Techstream or a BT scanner. Just your fingers and some knowledge.
It's also worth mentioning that there's no point checking your smog sensor if your inlet servo is operationing whilst the circulation mode isn't in auto - but here's how to test it without Techstream, just for fun.

I have to admit, Bladest brings up the most unusual items that I would never think about asking. But when he asks questions, he doesn’t have any tools to do anything to his car when he gets the answer. I would think if I was the mechanic in his village, and he started tell me how to fix he car because of some ClubLexus website people, I would get a little annoyed and tell him to do it himself Mr. Know it All.
