I used the P&S legend ceramic coating which is a 5 year coating. I applied two coats to the car, took almost the whole bottle. You can follow it up with their bead maker spray and it does wonders.
This was my first experience ceramic coating a car, it was fairly easy. They have several videos on product application. Highly recommend.

I was asked to post here after posting in the "What have you done to your GS?" thread. She's my daily driver, she had some swirls on her Obsidian color paint. On her 10th Birthday, I gave her a full interior/exterior detail, color correction and wax (I'll do a ceramic eventually). I bought her used in 2015 with 16k miles and babied her ever since. No mods, stock six speed F-Sport. She currently has around 78k miles, short work commute.

So started the 10 year birthday spark plug replacement and replaced the 3 on the passenger side. Removed the components required to get to the coil packs and plugs came out easily. Got to clean the engine next. There was an acorn in there too and left for your viewing pleasure.
On the drivers side, I could not move the wire harness that’s clamped to the manifold. Loosened all the brackets to the left and right of harness by removing the nuts, but the clamp is prohibiting movement of the harness to get clean access to the coil packs. Not sure if there a clip to release on the back side of that clamp that's not visible. Can others that did this job chime in on how they moved that harness out of the way?
The plugs that came out did not look terrible for 146K mi, but glad I'm doing this.
Mileage
Moved components for access to coil packs
Coil packs
Plug pulled closed to passenger cabin vs new plug
3 plugs replaced from passenger side

Lead Lap
I remember the commercial like it was yesterday. Came on during the Super Bowl that year. I picked my red one up the next day.

As for the IS. I like the car. I had to get something in that blue again, and they don't make it on many models anymore. The IS is definitely smaller, no question. I finally got to lay into it and test the acceleration and cornering a few weeks back. It was NICE. Much better than the GS in terms of cornering and acceleration. Likely due to the smaller size.

A good PDR guy can get those dings out. That one above your rear wheel should be easy to get out.

They looked very good for 146K miles.
Have not noticed any improved performance or gas mileage, but do have piece of mind.
Drivers side plug closest to front bumper vs new plug.
3 Drivers side plugs with one on right closest to cabin
All buttoned up after job and a little engine degreaser.
