Default What's good offset for 20x9,20x10.5 wheels on 2016 F-sport RWD?

I'm looking to pickup some Vossen CVTs 20x9 and 20x10.5.
For spring I will do a mild ~1" drop over the stock 2016 F-Sport suspension.

The only question that I have is what offset will have the wheels flush with fenders.
I'm thinking to use 235 and 265 tires for light stretch to avoid rubbing.

in the front do a +32 with a 245/30 tire and on the rear do a +45 with a 275/30 tire and you will be fine.

Would 275/35 work for the rear wheels with +45 offset?

you would be better doing a 285/30 rather than the 275/35 for that offset, especially if you only plan to drop an inch

Sent email to Vossen to see what they recommend.
Here is their reply:

Thank you for the interest in Vossen Wheels.
We run 20x9 +32/20x10.5 +45 with 245/35/20 & 275/30/20
This is standard for the GS Lexus.

Stick with the 275/30/20 tire size so that your speedometer readings are not too far off. If you're on springs, you'll maybe want to go with a 235/35/20 in the front. This would also give the same "stretch" front to rear.
