Yes, I think the car is fully loaded with the exception a few accessories that I really didn't care about or want. The HUD is actually really sweet and more useful than expected. It shows the speed limit on most roads I've driven on as well as the current speed beside it, so it's a bit easier to keep tabs on speed. Important around here as Ohio is famous for it's dense law enforcement. It also shows the radio controls and turn by turn when they are being used, but these functions are not that big of a deal to me and dare I say are distracting.

Have used various paint care products over the years and can't say I've landed on any one brand yet. Griots, Macguiers, Zaino, Chemical Guys to name a few.

Currently have brand new bottles of Griots Clay bars, Macguires Ultra Finishing Polish, Macguires Show Car Glaze, Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant and their Spritz. I'm trying out Leather Master brand leather cream. Previously used Zaino leather products and really liked them, but the reviews seem to indicate Leather Master to be a bit better. I'll use up the various tire cleaners/dressings that I have already. Haven't tried Adams products yet..sounds like they are very good too.

As for PPF, I haven't made up my mind what to do. I need to do some research on it more I guess. Maybe if I buy a gallon of touch up paint, Murphy will look the other way and I'll never need it!?!?

The white color is a catch22. On one hand it doesn't show scratches as much, and tends to look cleaner than it is, but it also doesn't really WOW the onlooker like dark colors do either, even when it's well detailed. I've seen a few GS's around here in different colors and just liked the white the best. The Ultra White is only available on the F-sports, and it's VERY stark white..nothing creamy to speak of.

Everything you have there should do a good job. A friend of mine uses the ExPel brand and is very pleased with the product. I think I'm going to have my door sill & rocker panel area covered too since it's a wide painted area that I'm sure would get scratched over time. I'll have to see what the ExPel guy will charge. I wished I would've covered my 14 after I got it due to all the chips on the front bumper. With white it may not show the chips as bad as black. Post pics. when you can, it sounds like an awesome car!

Managed to get some photos today at the National Museum of the US Force at Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH. The light wasn't too great and as you could see I took great care detailing the car in salt brine and dust this morning, but until it warms up, that's all I got!

Wow! That is really sharp! I am so envious that you have the triple beams, they totally make the front end stand out. You were talking about the life span of the PPF earlier. I spoke to my installer last night and forgot to ask him that question. He's coming to my house next week to install ExPel Ultimate. My friend uses him on all of his cars and his workmanship is top notch. He's going to cover the nose, headlights,A pillars and roof section in front of the sun roof, rockers and the painted section of the door sills, door handle cups, bumper section behind rear wheels and cover about 12 inches up from bottom of the doors, and cover the door edges since mine didn't come with door edge guards. I'm gonna go ahead and live with the Lexus installed film on the hood and fenders. You might ask your guy about doing yours. If I remember correctly I think I read somewhere PPF has a 10yr. lifespan. One thing I noticed is that the rockers could easily scratched from people getting in/out of the car which I'll be glad to have covered.

Thanks for the kind words guys. The pictures are not that good due to the bad light (and amateur photographer) and aren't doing the car many favors.

I'll be taking some better photos at some point once winter disappears. Which isn't seeming likely anytime soon. It's been at or below 0 for weeks!

Since this post, I took the GS on a small road trip in mid-December and picked up a case of my new favorite beer from the brewery: Buckeye Lake Winter Shanty. Crazy good.

I then double washed it, removed paint debris with a Griots' claybar, hand applied Maguires' Speed Polish then rubbed on two coats of Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint sealer.
After reattaching my arm in it's socket, I cracked one of those beers and tossed on a Covercraft Fleeced Satin car cover. It hasn't been run since with about 395 miles on it. I'm VERY pleased with it so far. It's the nicest car I've ever owned and seeing the title come in the mail today without a bank lien was icing on the cake...she's all mine!!!

A Battery Tender has been plugged into the connector I installed, keeping her voltage up and a Damp Rid pack (unscented) inside is keeping moisture down. I keep forgetting to cover the exhaust outlets and probably won't remember until spring. I also inflated the tires to 38 and put some StarTron Enzyme Treatment and Stabil Marine Ethanol formula in the FULL gas tank before storing it. I usually won't drive the "nice" cars in the salt so while I'm planning not to drive it over the winter, there is a good chance I will exercise it a little after some rain washes salt off the roads.
Ordered the color-matching JDM mudflaps from Nigel so once they arrive I'll install them.

Too early for a review of the car, but so far I'm very impressed with all aspects of the car. It's quiet, well balanced, extremely comfy, and FUN to drive. Hope to keep it for a LONG while.
