Some install pics of intercooler

Blow off valve

And this is her!
So.... I got my 350 supercharged by Raffi at RR Racing. Is there anyone else on here with a SC Lexus?

What is your dyno @AC3GS ? Also, how was your install process with Rafi/Simon and team?

im not 100% happy and satisfied, I don’t want to bash and drop any names but it could have been handled a lot better since it was planned, scheduled & paid in full when the car was dropped off. It was a six hour drive from Massachusetts.

I haven’t seen over about 8.5” of boost but I am at 5300’ feet to start. I do have the larger pulley. Hit 402whp, I am also running water/meth which is making it rich at the top end. I have not done a timed 0-60 pull. Will get it back to the tuner after I get summers on this week.

I’m on a stage 3 E85 setup. However have yet to fill on a proper E30-E50 blend. I’m doing to get the car dyno this summer.

What I have been told is that the local e85 isn't 100% ethanol. I guess I will run through a tank or two to figure out how to get to 40% that Rafi suggested.

E85 is up to 85% Ethanol so it could be a 70 percent blend right out the pump. On the way home from RR I did 3/4 pump and 1/4 Ethanol made a 30 blend.

@PilotX had less than a stellar experience at his location. I figured a pre-scheduled install from the manufacturer would have been an easy 1-2-3. I know I had saved to get the RR SC installed by them since I am only 2 hours away but wrecked my car a little whiles back. Please do share your experience and help someone else making a costly trip...

yeah i figured the same but the time frame didn’t work for them they needed more time. At least another day to test and drive on the road. I’m happy with Raffi I just feel like my car was rushed on the last day to be finished. He even stayed late To finish. But at the end of the day .... mechanic’s
