Be careful with those pulleys, multiple people have had issues with thread lockers coming apart and destroying timing covers.

Only 1 person had that issue very recently. We covered the entire expense to repair and replace the cover for the customer. We then contacted every single customer in a 3 month window that purchased dampers and replaced or redid their dampers out of caution. We also fired the employee who forgot to put locktite on that one. Prior to this, we made them for 7 years and never had an issue.

Yeah…a shop I spoke to did mention something about that it affected a small batch. But I got RR’s latest version and so far so good. Cross-fingers nothing like that happens.
