What's the differences from the original AOS v Ultimate AOS?

It's completely different in every way. New Billet CNC can with inner swirl generator design. New Magnetic mounting base so you never have to remove hardware. It has its own billet dip stick. Bigger and less oil resistant lines with secondary high flow PCV valve standard. Just better in every way.

Got it, thanks. Does the original AOS require trimming engine cover?

The first version of it did require trimming. The R2 version they currently have on sale does not require any trimming of the engine cover.

The ultimate AOS is very easy to install too. I can't say about the original design but the new version is well made, no trimming at all. I'm going on a 1200 mile round trip next weekend, so I'll be able to post/share how much oil the ultimate AOS captures. I'm looking forward to the results and and anything to help keep oil vapor contamination out of the intake manifold is a win imo.

Just completed a 1250 mile round trip from northwest florida (destin) to Bristol TN and back. Went through various elevation changes. Most of the driving was interstate at 85mph. Handful of wot pulls.

But the AOS did capture around an oz of fluid. Wasn't quite enuff to register on the dipstick, but I wanted to check the canister either way.
