The lease option they gave me was 48months @ 10K miles zero down $1495/month residual was around 48K.
Holy cow! So you pay $72k over the course of 4 years and STILL have another $48k to go at lease end. They're either including a giant dealer markup or charging a money factor with a double digit interest rate. Assuming a cap cost of $88k, the money factor would need to be .0049 or nearly a 12% annual interest rate.

If you really HAVE to have one now, you'd be better served to "build your own lease" through a long payment term finance deal. Assuming good credit, you could borrow $88k for 72 months at 3% and have a monthly payment of $1337 (excluding taxes on the purchase price which I assume the 1495 quote does not include taxes). At the end of 48 months, your payoff would be $31k.
Lease deals on new release/high demand cars almost never make sense

No they don't and I heard the markup on used luxury/sports cars are terrible. Like the car I was going to buy they dropped it 9k before they sent it to auction. 41k to 32k. These places have room to move undoubtedly. They told me wholesale on that 2011 was 32k and they priced it at 32,900. I dont know if it sold or not but that deal won't come along for a while. That's why location, location, location is so important. Nobody in Denver wants an ISF.
