Wait.. What we actually saw on the other thread was a GS200t FSport. Could it be they discontinued the 350 FSport?! In that case then mine will be rare.

I haven't been following any of these threads, but for owners who want a sedan (GS size that is) with the F sport package, that would make sense. Make them pay more.

Man, I really wanted one till I saw the price. My Lexus guy said they will be getting one or 2 in but for the 85k Im thinking of the LS or maybe even something different. Basically what I want is a GS sized car with a Dang V8!

I always wanted my car with a V8 too... I don't care about carbon fiber or torque vectoring. I'm not going to race it, I just want to be stuck to my seat with I hit the go pedal. Oh well... time to order a C7.

Im sure hope you are right, Im just not sure what I want. I really love everything about our 15 GS Fsport but the power, I mean its ok but I want more. Wife told me Im crazy lastnight when I asked her if she wanted to upgrade to a V8 sedan. She seems to think the 306HP is plenty.

The high end torque of our 350 pulls quite nicely.

But a 400 lb-ft V8 will pull even more nicely.

yeah, but at high rpm.
m3 has high torque in 1800 rpm range.

I don't mind paying a premium for GSF that has some serious performance to boot. Even my 16 M3 is topping 80k pre tax and it's got everything but the $8k CCB option, but it will smoke GSF in every way possible. Unfortunately we get this 4 door RCF at 90k + out the door.
the m3 is a way better than gsf if you want to track it and speed around curves. Reliability is the problem.

the reviews state gsf outperform rcf on track. RCF body is a little stiffer apparently.

I am with you though, way overpriced, and if i had to chose would likely go with M3. M3 styling is
a little better than gsf imho

in any case, lots of anger here and disappointment with the gsf. LEXUS is probably reading these boards and i hope they are paying attention.

I think we should have a poll on who here would buy a strip GS F for $75k.

Again, the M3 is not in the GS/GS-F class. Stop comparing them.

that's the new m3 with ttv6. in the previous m3 with na setup, tq value is also listed on the low side on paper. but i think it's all about gearing and you need to know what gears you have to be in. my m3 was a 6mt so the car was in the right gear most of the time. and when i punched it, it suck you into the seat pretty good still

hahaha well that's exactly the problem that lexus created for themselves when they came up with this idea right? what does the car compare to? m3 (performance)? m5 (name / class)? 550i (price)? no matter which way you go you confuse 50% of the crowd.

LOL WTF is Lexus thinking with $85k almost fully loaded?

They have enough problems getting rid of the RC-F at around 75k loaded.
