Agree. They most likely replaced the brakes as well. If that is true, the car has most likely been run hard.

I pulled the service history from Lexus Drivers. Based on the Service reports from delivery, the car was a loaner car at Post Ranch Inn in Big Sur. If you go to:

https://www.postranchinn.com/package...&-ride-package

The Inn makes a Fly & Ride package available for the PCH. Lexus vehicles are included with your stay. This car was treated like a rental for it's entire young life.

Not my cup of tea, up to you OP.

Good looking out on this one. I had initial interest in this car as well. Some red flags right away though. Tire replacement at 11k miles, severely scrapped front bumper. They even raised the price from $58 to $59k, lol.

You guys are awesome, thank you for the digging and for confirming my fears... I saw the Post Ranch Inn thing as well last night on the service records. Agree with you all - I'll pass on a car that has probably seen quite a bit of redline in those 11K miles. I'll keep pounding the pavement but wow it's hard to find a loved/well taken care of GSF on the used market.

Seeing a big influx of low mile '19's hitting the market. They were all registered in Missouri. I can't confirm but someone once told me Lexus registered all their track day cars in that state. Proceed with caution:

They're all over the map for production and in service dates according to TIS. Sounds odd for what would amount to a bulk ship/delivery for the marketing team.

Just paid $49k for a white on red GSF with 32k miles. Seems like prices have been stable for at least a year and maybe have gone up. But I'm happy with my purchase because the car is very clean and has been maintained well.

Just picked up a 2016 with 10k miles on it a couple weeks ago. I flew from Seattle to Alabama to get it. I paid $49k for it. It needs some rock chips fixed, but other than that its awesome!

Just picked up a White with Red interior, with 43,000 miles. Paid in the mid-high 40s. Was cross shopping between this and an RC-F, and opt-ed for the GS-F due to the increased visibility, 4 doors, and the bit more practicality/sleeper look of a 4 door.

Only issue is previous owner took out the resonators from the mid-pipe, and did a muffler delete. It sounds amazing, but drones like crazy. Going to be an adventure finding a resonated mid-pipe + mufflers for a GS-F in the DMV area.

There is still $5,000 Lexus cash on 2019 models but even with that I think they're dreaming.

I'd love to find a '17-'18 with low miles in the high 50 to low 60 range but it seems they don't exist.

Its either high mileage thrashed '16's in the high 40's or low mile '19's in the mid 70's.

There's just no in between right now.

I did. There is something fishy going on with that car. I inquired as soon as it was listed back in December. When the CARFAX went live it reported
frame damage and I notified the sales staff of it and released interest in the car. They immediately delisted the car and 1.5 months relist it again with
a clean CARFAX. Could have just been a reporting error but then I asked for photos and was told it was still undergoing "reconditioning". Took them
another 2 weeks to get me some crummy photos. Another proceed with caution example.
