Dear All, I am pleased to join you guys from overseas. However, I have a question, is your GSF have a spear tire? Because I am seeing lot of pics that have a flat trunk like a normal GS but main the spare tire it takes a lot of space in the trunk

Your comments please.

Congrats on your GS F and welcome to the 'F' club. I noticed a big difference to what is being offered in the GS F here in the states and the ones overseas. There is no spare tire in my GS F. Anyone else here in the states have a spare?

Hello to you all. It cost me 92K $

If the spec in states comes without spare, it is not convenient unless it comes with rft, but I doubt it. Because it fit with pilot super sport. However, I am posting this thread because I tried to fit a thin wheel like the European cars but unfortunately it is not possible because the size of the break calibre. I discussed this issue with the technician if I fit a spacer for the thin wheel but I have no experience with spacers.

cars in your area can be very different. i think a spare is a requirement in your region, whereas here in the US a lot of cars have runflats or fix a flat now. i don't know about gsf exactly so i will let others comment. i vividly remember seeing the sc430 having a spare tire

GSF in the U.S. comes with no spare tire and no run flat tire neither. I did see a inflator kit in there though...

The inflator will do nothing if the tier damaged

I carry a can of fix-a-flat in my other car with no spare.
of course I probably will call a tow before I use it.

if you're worried get run-flats, problem solved.

I red a reviews about it, the cons is giving a harsh ride and I realized why alot of European cars have a problem with bending wheels because the tire don't absorb the road holes or any obstacles

correct, ride is more harsh.

in my opinion you will need a very large pothole to bend wheels, but it does happen.

i didn't like my harsh ride so I went from run flats to michelin pilot super sports, same as on the GSF.

I am trying to find someone selling the styrofoam platform which sits below / underneath the tire. Do you know anyone where you live who might be selling one?

GCC specification GSF's are:

1. Temp spare in trunk
2. Electric trunk
3. Rear sunshades as well as rear side window shades
4. Rear A/C and radio controls
5. Seat cooling ( no heating )
6. No Steering wheel heating either
7. No winter mode.
8. Upgraded engine and oil cooling.
9. Chime at 120 km/h
