Lots of RCF owners already experienced this.
Some got the alternative replacement.
I got the alternative ones and braking is still great!
I have no issues with it.
^^^^I disagree. I have Ferodo DS2500 in front and PM +800 in back. Properly bedded in - Absolutely NO Noise and tremendous stopping power.
BTW, stopping distance is more a function of the tires than the pads. Hi-Po pads resist heat, don't fade and have an aggressive feel.

As usual, Lou is on point. The day your brake pads make a difference in stopping distance will be the day you put blocks of cheddar in place of real brake pads. They will make a huge difference in pedal effort and feel, but stopping distance is a function of tire grip, not brake pad material.
Yes, I hear some squeaking with less than 200 miles on the car. I haven't had an opportunity to properly bed them. If you want truly noisy brakes, try anyone's track pads. I am running Project Mu HC800+ in my ISF, and I guarantee you, they make truly ugly noises at very low speeds. But the pedal effort required to make a 1g+ stop is tiny. Really tiny. I tolerate the noise because I love how they feel. All that said, they do not stop the car any better than OEM or any of the other aftermarket pads I have run when you measure difference. They just make you feel like Michael Schumacher's Ferrari because they require so little effort to produce seat belt testing stops.
Mine have been squealing since about 2500 miles. I don't mind it though really. They are gigantic brakes. Had the same thing with my M5 and M3. Just got used to it i guess haha.
Might want to peek at this thread: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...ke-bed-in.html. There's a link to Zeckhausen's bedding procedure. Stoptech has a similar write up on their site. All of them will make the squeaking stop.

same here, mine was noticeable at around 2600 miles. Not as bad as the Brembo’s on my Evo X. That was embarrassing. It’s more noticeable when there’s a lot of break dust created. I tried to wash my car once every two weeks. It’s not that bad. When it’s loud, I know it’s time to wash my car.
Got mine replaced with the alternative pads and zero noise! A must change. Does anyone knows how much to replace these again when its time?
Mine we're squealing as well with 12,000 miles on the original pads. The Service Adviser replaced with no questions asked and it was an $1,100 warranty item. The new pads have identical feel at the pedal and there's a bonus - they dust considerably less. I wash once a week and the brake dust (new pads) is less than the original pads after 2 or 3 days. Nice!
