I have read several reviews that are outside of US for GSF, and I notice that the rear seats middle arm rest came with climate control and infotainment system.

For some reason in my GSF, all I have is a empty hole in there.

Is the US Spec took out all that options or is there suppose to be a separate options for tri-zone climate controls and others? I remember in the regular GS have those as luxury package.

Yeah, the US spec does not get the rear climate control/infotainment, the window shades, and auto trunk closing. Sucks
