Smile One design flaw?

I find the two small air dam on each of the front lower bumper side to be a design flow because once any dead leafs or bugs get in, it's nearly impossible to get them out. LOL. or, is any of you out there have a solution to offer?

also, i see cone-like / air filter kind of thing inside each of the them, are they changeable every once a while?

Before you start calling it a flaw, learn a little bit about the design. SMH. Those vents are functional. One is oil cooler, other transmission fluid. That's why looks like a filter.
