The sellers info is below sorry I am having trouble sending a link because I am doing this through my phone on the eBay app.looks like both are sold out and the front lip guy did raise his price . The front lip attaches with the factory screws . I just drilled some holes in the carbon lip and attached with the screws and some 3m double sided tape . .

Wait.... You drilled into the carbon fiber lip?!?!?!?!? You realize that piece of the bumper is $4,000 alone.

No !! I drilled holes in the lip I bought on eBay not anywhere on the car , I used the factory screws under the bumper that holds the black plastic liner in place .
