This may be silly and already answered, but if you gave them a copy of lien contract wouldn't it be listed there?
Otherwise it's possible they contacted your lien holder and got it from them somehow.

 

I never sent them a copy of the lien contract. I have a good feeling that the bank did bc the bank and the dealership are working together against me. Dealership tells me a story and then the bank tells me a diff story. Im using a Credit Union that's in my town they had a better rate 1.9%
